DAY 3:
On the third day, you will learn how to select paint colors
and color theory as well as, how to price, space plan
and estimate a vacant home staging. A representative from
the furniture rental company will come and talk about
furniture rental and how to use their system. Then we
out into the field and prepare a mock bid on a vacant
home. The Academy is the only school in the nation to
teach this home staging process out in the field.
DAY 4:
On the fourth day, we discuss how and what to charge for
consulting services and work on a real home where you
will prepare a consultation report. We will role play
and compare everyone's ideas and solutions for the home.

and learning from everyone else's journey as well. The
