On the second day of the program, you will learn space planning
and do a 6 part space planning exercise, learn step by step
how to stage a room, how to charge for the redesign staging
service and then redesign a live home utilizing what the
homeowner already owns.
•DAY 3:
On the third day, you will learn how to select paint colors
and color theory as well as, how to price, space plan, and
estimate a vacant home staging. A representative from the
furniture rental company will come and talk about furniture
rental and how to use their system. Then we will go out
into the field and prepare a mock bid on a vacant home.

•DAY 4:
On the fourth day, we discuss how and what to charge for
consulting services and work on a real home where you will
prepare a consultation report. We will role play and compare
